1. Cancellation Period:

·         Reservation cancellations or modification requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled start of the tour or service.

2. Insurance Coverage:

·         For cancellations or modifications made within the stipulated period, we offer an unconditional 100% refund without any deductions.

3. Assurance Package:

·         Guests have the option to purchase an Assurance Package for added coverage.

·         For tours with 1, 2, or 3 nights of accommodation, the Assurance Package fee is €20 person.

·         For tours with 4 nights or more of accommodation, the Assurance Package fee is €100 person.

4. Seat Reservations:

·         During the reservation process, seat guarantees are not provided. Seat assignments are determined based on the order of reservations.

5. Tour Modifications:

·         In the event that a sufficient majority cannot be reached, with prior notice of at least 8 hour before the scheduled tour, it may be rescheduled for the following week or canceled.

6. Refund Process:

·         Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within [Number of Days] business days.

·         Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Exclusions:

·         The policy does not cover cancellations or modifications made outside the specified cancellation period.

·         Assurance Package fees are non-refundable.
